... Please let Valerie know that the hula cake was a success - everyone loved it - and the decoration of the little cakes was beautiful, she really did a great job. I gave out her brochure since everyone was asking - as for us we will definitely be using her in the future.

Just a quick note to let you know that the cake was delicious!! Once again it was a hit.

First of all, I just wanted to let you know that the cake yesterday was delicious and very pretty. Everyone loved it.

My husband's birthday is on Friday and we're having a little dinner party at my house for him and my sister (whose birthday is next week) on Saturday. I need to order a cake for about 10 people.

I haven't decided on the flavor yet, but I will let you know soon.

As you know, I ordered a Barbie in pink dress birthday cake for my 8 y/o neighbor, Kejsi. This was her 3rd birthday party in the States, and her 1st official party. I wish I could express how happy and excited she was when she saw her cake. And, her friends too! They oohed and aaahed! All evening and well into several months later.

Thank you Valerie, for a cake that was as delicious as beautiful. But, thank you most of all for taking an order from a Staten Islander, then personally delivering the cake to SI. That is service par excellence!

Valerie's tarts were a hit with the kids. They gobbled them up very quickly. Thanks for the extra dozen for Lana.

The holidays have been complete because of the Mini Nut Tarts I received from my best friend Blanca Oca- Pertierra. Not only was its decadence such a delight, but it was utterly a treat to the palate. These tarts reminded me of the Pecan tarts my cousin from Jersey City would bake on special occasions (just perfect in every sense of the word!). And coming from Delaware, it has always been a craving of mine through the years. Having tasted yours brought me back "comfort food" memories. This email has long been overdue----thus, THANK YOU, Merci, Gracias, Grazie, Danke, Arigato, Tosha and Salamat for such a sweet treat! I hope to order some more in the near future.
